Where to start?
Mojo Fit Studios offers a variety of non-heated classes that are suitable for prenatal students. Whether you're looking for a gentle flow, prenatal session, low impact fitness barre classes we have options to support every preference and stage of pregnancy. Our prenatal classes are open to all fitness levels and no prior yoga experience is necessary. Just bring yourself, your mat, and an open heart as you prepare for motherhood.

First Class is FREE! (new members ONLY)
$30 for 3 Weeks of Unlimited Classes (new members ONLY - purchase after your first class!)
Premium Unlimited - classes 3+ times per week (mix fitness & yoga based on your goals)
Standard 8x/Month - 2 classes per week (we suggest one fitness - Barre & one yoga - Yinyasa/Prenatal Yoga)
Lite 4x/Month - 1 class per week (we suggest Yinyasa or Prenatal Yoga)
10 and 20 Class Packages options as well

Be Mindful or Avoid
- Deep Core Twisting - rather than twisting, HOLD at center to create more strength
- Prone Work (poses on the belly) - create movement from table top pose
- Crunches on your back - rather than lying directly on your back do plank or side plank work
- If something isn’t feeling right just skip & personally chose a pose that does feel good in the body
- Heart rate - if you find yourself with an overly increased heart rate please stop & take a break
- Stay Hydrated - make sure to bring your water bottle!
- Always feel welcomed to ask the instructor for alternate options in class!
Misc Questions
What to bring to class: yoga mat (we have some here to borrow if needed), water, hand towel
Can I take Heated Classes: Please discuss what is best for your body & baby with your primary care doctor. If you’ve had an ongoing practice in the heat and know how to maintain a healthy heart rate, we do welcome Mamas into these classes with provider approval.
