Where to start?
In general we suggest you start with a Prenatal Yoga class to learn and understand some of the modifications for a prenatal yoga practice, however we do train our instructors in these modifications and you are welcome to attend any of the classes listed below.
Pre/Post Natal approved Mojo Fit Studios classes are Prenatal Yoga, Barre Fusion, Non Heated Yoga, Yin Yoga and YinYasa Yoga.
