What is Sculpt?

Sculpt is a high-energy fusion of yoga and muscle conditioning that uses weights, cardio, and strengthening exercises for an optimal calorie burn. Set to fun, upbeat music, this class is typically taught in a heated yoga room for an intense, invigorating workout.

What is Barre?

Barre is a low-impact, body-toning class that focuses on smaller, supporting muscle groups. It’s a great way to sculpt your body while minimizing strain on your joints, making it perfect for all fitness levels.

What Will You Learn?

• How to create and teach your own Sculpt & Barre sequences.
• Verbal and physical cueing to help your students achieve correct alignment and intensity.
• Safety protocols, choreography skills, and how to lead an engaging, energizing class.

Training Details | Dates & Locations:

• SEPTEMBER 2026 Training Dates:

• SATURDAY 12TH, 19th, 26th | 9AM-12PM (West Studio)

• SUNDAY 13TH, 20TH, 27th | 9AM - 3PM (West Studio)
• THURSDAY 10th, 17th, 24th | 6:45-8:45pm (North Studio)
• must have minimum 4 attendees to host training

Cost:

• Mojo Teacher Track: $475 (includes completing mentorship, minimum 6 month Mojo teaching commitment, teaching 2+ times per month)
• Open Enrollment: $1500 (no commitment)

What Else Should You Know?

• Unlimited Membership: Each trainee receives an unlimited membership during the training dates, as long as payment is up to date.
• Apply Today: Be sure the training dates fit your schedule before applying. Makeup classes are available for an additional charge of $50/session based on instructor availability. Please indicate any conflicts on your application.
• Certification: You will receive a 40hr Sculpt & Barre Certification from Mojo Fit Studios.
• Mentorship: Training certification does not guarantee employment at Mojo Fit Studios. Certified students can apply for employment when all components of training is complete. New employment at Mojo Fit Studios requires completion of our mentorship program. There is no cost to mentorship.
